Reporting Process According to Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065

You can also send us an email with your information to dsa@trivox.sh.
Please ensure that the following information is included:
• A sufficient explanation of why you consider the information in question to be illegal.
• A precise indication of the specific storage location, e.g., precise URL and, if applicable, further relevant information for identifying the content in question.
• Your name and email address, unless you are submitting information in accordance with Directive 2011/92 EU of December 13, 2011.
• A declaration that you believe in good faith that the information provided in the report is correct and complete.
If we have your contact details, we will inform you as soon as possible about our decision regarding the reported content, including information about legal remedies if applicable.
Justification
We provide all affected users with a clear and specific justification for all measures we take. These measures may include:
• Restrictions on the display of individual information, including removal of content, blocking access to content, or downgrading content.
• Suspension, termination, or other restrictions on payments.
• Suspension, blocking, or termination of all or part of the service.
• Suspension, blocking, or closure of your account.
Legal Remedies
You can file a complaint with us against the above-mentioned measures, which should be justified. Depending on the outcome of the complaint, we may lift the measures taken.
You also have the option to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure with the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) as the national coordinating body for digital services.
Regardless of the options mentioned, you can take legal action at any time.
