Optional negative balance (approved resellers)
After approval you can enable negative balance in the panel with a EUR limit. When turned on for new dedicated orders via the API, your wallet may go down to −limit for that charge instead of blocking the order, which helps when your customer pays you shortly after provisioning.
A separate toggle covers automatic renewals: if Auto Renew is on for a server and you allow negative balance for auto-renew, the platform can charge the monthly renewal even during a short balance gap (still bounded by your limit). Manual renewals from the API generally expect enough balance for the full renewal amount, so plan top-ups accordingly.
- Limits and on/off state are per account; you can disable Auto Renew per service where you never want automatic charges.
