This Fair Use Policy defines permissible and prohibited activities on our platform. The purpose is to ensure a secure, lawful and respectful environment for all users.

Any activity listed below is strictly forbidden. If users engage in such activities, their accounts may face immediate suspension without prior notice.

  • Drug/Weapon Stores – Engaging in the sale or promotion of illegal substances or firearms.
  • DoS/DDoS – Conducting denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
  • Bulletproof Hosting – Offering hosting services that are resistant to law enforcement and facilitate illegal activities.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) – Hosting, sharing, or promoting any content involving child abuse.
  • Brute Force Attacks – Attempting unauthorized access to systems through repeated login attempts.
  • Malware/Ransomware/Spyware – Distributing or using malicious software to harm other users or systems.
  • Spam – Engaging in spam-related activities. We actively combat spam in partnership with Urlhaus.
  • Phishing – Fraudulent practices aiming to deceive users to gain sensitive information.
  • Terrorism Promotion – Promoting or supporting terrorist activities, organizations, or extremist ideologies.
  • Unauthorized Mining – Using our services for cryptocurrency mining without permission, as it impacts server performance.
  • Intellectual Property Theft – Hosting or distributing content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Fair Use Traffic: Our servers do not impose a strict bandwidth limit; however, if your usage exceeds reasonable thresholds, we may reach out to discuss a suitable usage plan.

Abuse Reports: In case of any abuse reports, we will issue an invoice for the damages caused.
Fraud Suspicion: If we suspect fraud, we will require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
