Process

From ticket to report

Every job runs through the same four steps, so you always know what happened at your rack.

Step 1 · Open a ticket

Describe the task, rack position and preferred time window in the client panel. We reply with available appointment slots.

Step 2 · Confirmation

We confirm scope, expected duration and the applicable rate before any billable work starts.

Step 3 · Work is performed

A technician performs the task at the rack. For longer jobs you can stay in contact through the ticket.

Step 4 · Report

You get a summary in the ticket: what was done, time spent and photos where useful.
